Welcome to Artrea Florist. By accessing our website and purchasing our floral products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Products and Availability
Our floral arrangements are handcrafted and subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific bloom is unavailable, while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
3. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon. Please ensure the recipient address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for refund or replacement consideration.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Full payment is required before an order enters our production queue.
